(PCCP) of Xinjiang Guotong Pipeline Co., Ltd

Prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) has the characteristics of reasonable composite structure, high internal and external pressure, good joint tightness, strong earthquake resistance, convenient construction, good anti-corrosion performance and convenient maintenance. It is concerned by the engineering community, suitable for large-scale water conveyance projects between trans-regional water sources, water supply and distribution networks of tap water, industrial and agricultural irrigation systems, circulating water pipelines of power plants, various municipal pressure sewage main pipelines and inverted siphon pipes, etc., and has been widely used in the world. In recent years, PCCP industry has made some breakthroughs by applying the technology of producing pressure pipes to the production of drainage pipes on the basis of prestressed concrete cylinder pipes, developing PCCP pipe jacking (JPCCP) and double aprons steel socket pipe jacking. The successful R&D of these new pipes will fully meet the complex needs of urban underground pipeline construction, and open a new channel for the construction of urban underground pipeline network and the collection, treatment and reuse of urban rain, flood, sewage and reclaimed water.

At present, the Company has participated in the construction of more than 40 national large-scale key PCCP water conservancy and water diversion projects, such as the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer, LXB Water Diversion Project, Mopanshan Water Diversion Project in Harbin, West River and East River Water Diversion Project in Guangzhou, etc. Now the Company has developed into an annual production capacity of 700km PCCP standard pipes, 150km urban drainage pipes, 60km underground prefabricated utility tunnel and 20km subway tunnel segments. The Company's production base, product coverage area and PPP mode investment new business radiate to northwest, northeast, southwest, south, north, central and east China, etc. It is a large-scale state-owned comprehensive concrete product manufacturer integrating R&D, design, production, transportation and investment operation.
