Setting Four World's Records! This bridge has successfully closed

On the morning of January 26, 2024,with the last span of steel box girder being pushed into place, Heze–Baoji Expressway Linyi Huanghe River Bridge project construction has made a major breakthrough—the main bridge steel box girder was successfully closed, which also marks the successful closure of Linyi Huanghe River Bridge, laying a solid foundation for the opening and operation of this year.

On the morning of January 26, 2024,with the last span of steel box girder being pushed into place, Heze–Baoji Expressway Linyi Huanghe River Bridge project construction has made a major breakthrough—the main bridge steel box girder was successfully closed, which also marks the successful closure of Linyi Huanghe River Bridge, laying a solid foundation for the opening and operation of this year.

Linyi Huanghe River Bridge is the controlling node project of Heze–Baoji Expressway G3511. The bridge is 5427 meters long, the project started since July 2020, setting four world's records: the largest continuous jacking length, the maximum jacking length, the number of synchronized controlled jacks during jacking, and the amount of weathering steel used in a single bridge. After the completion of the project, it will shorten the traffic time from Yuncheng, Shanxi Province to Tongchuan, Shaanxi Province from 4 hours to 2.5 hours.
