In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 2nd Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, to implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, to promote transformation of the industry into high-end, intelligent and green, to help enterprises to improve their confidence, expand the market and increase capacity for further growth,China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association (hereinafter referred to as “CCPA”) has decided to hold the “2024 China Concrete and Cement-based Products Industry Conference” from May 30th to June 2nd, 2024 in Nanjing and the “2024 China Concrete Exhibition” concurrently.

New productive forces are developing rapidly and high-quality development is advancing solidly. The annual industry conference and exhibition is the industry’s largest, which has the longest industry chain, and it is also the most complete and authoritative platform for information exchange and display of innovative achievements. This conference will be oriented to the major needs of the national economic construction, aiming at the cutting-edge achievements of scientific and technological innovation, with the multi-dimensional, multi-angle and full view, it will focus on hotspots, interpret policies, sharing information and results, building a “connecting bridge” for communication and exchanges between the government and enterprises, industries and enterprises, upstream and downstream of the industry chain.

4.1.Conference Servicing Fee

4.1.1.Conference servicing fee for early registrant: member units:RMB 2200/person, non-member units: RMB 2600/person.

Special reminder: Because of the on-site registration and payment need to wait in line, in order to save your time, it is recommended that the representatives pay the registration fee in advance (see Annex 1 for details of the process). The early registered units please remit the conference serving fee to CCPA’s account, at the same time be sure to fill out the complete invoice information in the registration system (CCPA can only issue VAT invoice ordinary, not VAT special invoice, please understand). If you need separate invoices for the same remittance, please make a note of it in the "Message" of the registration interface. 4.2.Accommodation

Lunch and dinner will be provided for participants.

There will be no unified arrangement for participants’ accommodation; participants may book your own hotels or freely choose to stay in the hotels around the conference venue provided by the conference service company (see Annex 1).

5.Exhibition

5.1.The exhibition area of 2024 China Concrete Exhibition is more than 30,000 square meters. Interested exhibitors are invited to contact the Secretariat as soon as possible.

5.2.The exhibits and advertisement participating in the exhibition shall be displayed and distributed at the exhibition venue. Any promotional material shall not be arbitrarily posted and distributed in any form during the conference. Non-participating units shall not distribute any form of promotional materials. Early registration process for 2024 China Concrete and Cement-based Products Industry Annual Convention

Early registration for this conference is by online registration and corporate transfer, and the steps for early registration are as follows:

4. Early registration will be completed after successful registration and payment of conference serving fee. Registration, payment and invoicing status can be checked in "Personal Center" within 1-3 working days.
