In the important speech released at the meeting, President Xi emphasized that accelerating product renewal is an important measure to promote high-quality development, and that a new round of large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods trade-in should be encouraged and guided.

The meeting emphasized that the implementation of large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods trade-in will strongly promote investment and consumption, which will benefit both the present and the long term. A good combination of policies should be implemented to promote the proportion of advanced production capacity to increase continuously and the entry of more high-quality consumer durables into the lives of residents, to make efforts to recycling of waste resources, after which a significant increase in the quality and level of national economic cycles will be shown.

China's concrete and cement-based products and housing construction materials have formed a world-unique whole industry chain system from raw materials to products, and a whole technology level from high-end, mid-range to general level, which can match the needs of countries and regions at different levels of development for technical equipment and products in all aspects and scenarios.In recent years, due to the overcapacity of some industries, the idle sub-new equipment of some enterprises also have strong attraction to the market and buyers.
