On 11 September 2024, Xu Jingxin, Founder and Chairman of Jianhua Holdings Group (hereinafter referred to as Jianhua), called on Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, one of the seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates and the current ruler of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, in Shenzhen to have an in-depth conversation on investment and cooperation matters of Jianhua in the UAE, and witnessed the signing ceremony of the cooperation between Jianhua and RAK Ports. Xu Peijian, President of Jianhua, and Roy Cummins, Chief Executive Officer of RAK Ports, signed the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation on behalf of both parties.

According to the signed Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation, Jianhua intends to establish a state-of-the-art prestressed high-strength concrete piles production base in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, with a focus on covering and meeting the growing demand for high-quality, green and low-carbon emission construction materials in the Gulf and Middle East markets.

The establishment of the new production facility will not only help the RAK Port to meet the growing demand for construction materials in the region, but will also further consolidate the company's significant position in the UAE's industrial sector.
