Over past 40 years of reform and opening up, our country's concrete and cement product materials and engineering technology have been innovatively developed in the service of major national projects. Many materials, equipment and engineering technologies have reached international advanced levels and have become an inseparable component of the "built in China" world brand.

In order to actively respond to the national " Belt & Road" initiative, to serve the infrastructure and urban construction needs of countries along the " Belt & Road", to better publicize and promote outstanding enterprises and advanced technologies in the industry, and to promote the "going global" development of enterprises, China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) will evaluate and publish the “Recommended Catalogue of Key Products, Equipment and Technical Services of the “Belt & Road” (hereinafter referred to as the “Recommended Catalogue”) in batches, and report to the national “Belt & Road” work authorities, all levels construction authorities, large domestic and foreign engineering construction groups, relevant government departments of countries along the "Belt & Road", commercial offices of embassies in China, and relevant domestic and foreign industry organizations carry out publicity and recommendation. According to the "Recommended Catalogue" management measures (see Annex 1), the Association will organize the selection, evaluation and release of the first batch of "Recommended Catalogues" in the near future. The relevant declaration items are hereby notified as follows:

1. Application condition

　The key products, equipment, technologies and their main business entities declared to be included in the "Recommended Catalog" shall also meet the following basic conditions:

1. Have legal personality and have been in business for more than three years;

2. Member of China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association;

3. Comply with relevant national laws, regulations and industrial policies;

4. There is no intellectual property dispute in the declared project;

5. Have a good credit rating.

The main body of the application enterprise should be the leading enterprise in the industry field, and its product performance, technical parameters, quality standards, engineering application, and technical service capabilities and levels are at the domestic or international advanced level. The enterprise that has won the China Quality Award and the single champion of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is preferred recommend.

2. Declaration method

Adopt the method of voluntary declaration by enterprises, without charging any fees.

The applicant enterprise shall fill in a unified application form (see Annex 2), provide necessary third-party certification and related materials, and make a commitment to the authenticity of the submitted materials.

3. Reporting time

Deadline for submission of application materials: September 30, 2020
