From 2019 to 2022, despite the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the exhibition area of China Concrete Exhibition has leapt from 10,000 square meters to 30,000 square meters.

2021-2022 China Concrete Exhibition focused on the development trend and market prospect of the whole industrial chain of concrete and cement-based products in China and the world, and set up a complete platform for industrial chain exchange and logistics for the upstream and downstream industries of ready-mixed concrete, high-performance concrete, precast concrete components, precast concrete piles, cement concrete pipe and box culvert, concrete admixture, lightweight aggregate concrete and eco-concrete. On this platform, we can not only see the development trajectory of a number of pioneering enterprises in the industry, but also clearly observe the "hard core" and "soft power" of technological innovation in Chinese concrete industry.

The exhibition area this year has been optimized, upgraded and innovated in an all-round way. According to the professions, the "Science and Technology Cooperation Exhibition Area of State Key Laboratory and Scientific Research Institute" focused on the development and changes of the industry in recent years and the transformation of scientific research achievements. Both insiders and outsiders of the industry know that this Cooperation Exhibition Area can best show the scientific and technological strength of Chinese concrete industry. A number of state laboratories and key research institutions in the concrete industry have all made wonderful appearances and demonstrated their achievements of innovation.

State Key Laboratory of Solid Waste Reuse for Building Materials, which was built by Beijing Building Materials Academy of Sciences Research Co., Ltd. is the only state key laboratory among state-owned enterprises in Beijing. At this exhibition, the Laboratory displayed and promoted technologies such as boron-free and alkali-free glass fiber, functional coatings and special dry-mixed mortar.

Professor Hu Shuguang, State Key Laboratory of Silicate Materials for Architectures, Wuhan University of Technology, presided over the “Complete Technology for Preparation and Engineering Application of Structural/Functional Materials of Deep-water Large-section Shield Tunnels", which was displayed and publicized at this exhibition. In 2020, this technology won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award. At this exhibition, the contents displayed by the Laboratory involve three aspects. First, the theory, technology and equipment of major engineering of carbon neutralization in cement industry; Second, long-life concrete materials and smart construction in harsh environment; Third, the recycling of solid waste.

Suzhou Concrete and Cement-based Products Research Institute Co., Ltd. specializes in the research of concrete cement products and its application technology, and develops new products and technologies such as high-performance concrete and products, fiber cement products, lightweight concrete products, eco-concrete products, concrete water pipes and drains, concrete pipe piles, concrete poles, concrete inspection wells and box culverts, solid waste resource utilization, concrete self-repair, ready-mixed concrete, new building materials, and process design of concrete environmental protection stations and concrete product production lines. It offers a complete set of technical services from production process equipment to product application.

In this exhibition, Wuhan Building Material Industry Design& Research Institute Co., Ltd. adopted Tik Tok live broadcast for the first time to let more audiences "watching it online", so that customers who could not make it to the site could also have the opportunity to learn about the cutting-edge technology of the industry, focus on the technical advantages and innovative achievements of the Institute, and sustain the growth of fiber cement board industry with innovation.

Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. made its debut at China Concrete Exhibition with characteristic technology and products. This time, it focused on the advanced firing technology and equipment of the company's solid waste to prepare lightweight aggregate, and the low alkalinity fertilizer-effect slow-release ceramsite plant-growing concrete prepared from all solid waste; the digital overall solution based on five major products: digital double-carbon, intelligent design, smart construction, intelligent manufacturing and intelligent mine, which fully demonstrated the company's cutting-edge technology and equipment. All these won the high attention of many leaders and experts attending the meeting, and they highly affirmed the company's featured technologies, products and achievements.

At this exhibition, China Building Materials Inspection & Certification Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Guojian Lianxin Authentication Center Co., Ltd., as third-party certification bodies approved by Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA) and recognized by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), also exhibited and publicized.

As the earliest professional certification body established in the domestic building materials industry, China Building Materials Inspection & Certification Group Co., Ltd. participated in this exhibition.
