In order to actively guide the innovative development of the decorative concrete industry, further strengthen the in-depth exchanges and cooperation between architects and decorative concrete companies, and vigorously promote successful cases of innovative design of decorative concrete parts, China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association will hold the fifth "Concrete Cup" The National Decorative Concrete Competition. 2.     Participants

Design units, universities and research units, manufacturing companies, installation companies, construction companies and individuals related to concrete applications. Encourage industry-university-research cooperative innovation and joint application.

3.     Category

Architecture: Building projects that use precast concrete or cast-in-place concrete to achieve architectural artistic effects through modeling or concrete material texture.

Landscape: Grounds, landscape buildings and structures, sculptures and urban furniture, and municipal facilities that integrate functionality and decoration.

Home/Crafts: Indoor household products, craft displays and other creative products that integrate functionality and decoration.

Ultra High Performance Concrete New Material Products (UHPC): In order to promote the application of UHPC materials in the field of decorative concrete, the UHPC application award was added to this competition. Encourage the use of UHPC as the main base material of decorative concrete products to be successfully applied to architectural decoration and landscape engineering projects.

4.     Specially invited project display

In order to implement the "Belt and Road" initiative, promote international exchanges and cooperation, summarize the experience of overseas high-quality engineering projects, and promote the continuous improvement of engineering quality, the secretariat of this competition will specially invite relevant overseas associations and institutions to organize outstanding decorative concrete projects to participate In the exchange activities of this year's competition, local enterprises participating in overseas projects are also welcome to participate in the exhibition and exchange with outstanding projects.

5.     Project requirements

Participating projects should fully reflect the characteristics of decorative concrete materials in terms of shape, texture, color etc., and be innovative in design creativity, modeling and expressiveness, materials and structure, production technology, environmental protection and energy saving, and have a healthy culture connotation and good artistic expression.

Each unit (or individual) shall declare no more than 2 works of the same kind. Past entries will no longer be repeated.

The project declared for the construction category selection should be a project that has been completed for more than one year.

6.     Prizes

Participants can only win comprehensive awards or individual awards, and cannot win multiple awards at the same time.

The competition set up the most popular award online evaluation activity, through the WeChat public platform to vote for all shortlisted works, and select the top 10 works.

10.  Copyright and other instructions

l  The entry is the original work of the entrant and does not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any others. If any infringement occurs in the entry, once verified, the organizer will cancel the qualification for the entry and award. If infringement is caused to a third party or the organizer, the participant will compensate for the loss.

l  The organizer of the contest has the right to publicize, publicly exhibit, publish and distribute the entries.

l  Entries with quality problems will be rejected by a one-vote veto system.

l  Participants have carefully read the above terms before submitting their works, fully understand and agree to them. If this entry or the entry causes infringement, damage or other disputes to a third party, the entrant shall bear all legal liabilities and have nothing to do with the organizer.
