In 2019, China's ready-mixed concrete industry adheres to the new development concept, in accordance with the requirements of high-quality development, under the current environmental pressure, the squeeze of upstream and downstream industries, and the pressure of the new green development policy. Active exploration and practice have been made in the development of high-end manufacturing. In order to accelerate the construction of a manufacturing power, implement green manufacturing projects, and actively build a green manufacturing system, my country has formulated and issued relevant standards for green factories. In terms of basic requirements, infrastructure, management system, energy and resource input, products, environmental emissions, performance, etc., it is established in accordance with the principles of "intensification of land use, harmless raw materials, clean production, waste recycling, and low-carbon energy" Green factory system evaluation index system, and issued the national standard "Green Factory Evaluation General Rules" (GB/T 36132-2018).

The Ready-Mixed Concrete Branch of China Concrete and Cement Products Association, with the support of Beijing Guojian Lianxin Certification Center Co., Ltd., organized and formulated the "National Ready-Mixed Concrete Industry Green Demonstration Factory Evaluation and Selection Management Measures " and “ National Ready-Mixed Concrete Industry Green Demonstration Factory Evaluation Index System for Green Demonstration Plants”, according to the technical requirements of the national standard "Green Factory Evaluation General Principles" and combined with the current development of the industry. Since 2019, in accordance with the principles of “openness, fairness, and justice”, the application for the “National Ready-Mixed Concrete Industry Green Demonstration Factory” has been carried out to allow the industry Demonstration enterprises lead the green and healthy development of the industry, and play a role as an example and role model.

In 2020, The relevant matters concerning the declaration of the "National Green Demonstration Factory in the Ready-mixed Concrete Industry" are now notified as follows. All members are invited to actively participate.

The branch will use newspapers, websites, conferences and other publicity methods to uniformly promote the demonstration enterprises to the society.
