On August 11, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the “Views on Accelerating the Comprehensive Green Transformation of Economic and Social Development” (referred to as “the Views”), which is the first systematic deployment at the central level of accelerating the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development, and it givea further direction to the green development of the concrete industry.
