On May 16th, 2021, China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association organized the scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting for the project entitled as “Automatic Cement Paste Spray Machine Used in PCCP Production", which was completed by Hebei GAODA Intelligence Equipment Co., Ltd (GAODA Intelligence).

Prestressed high strength steel wire is the most important part of PCCP. In high alkaline environment, spraying cement paste on the steel wire could form a passive film on the surface of the steel wires to avoid the corrosion. However, there are always some defects as followed in this process: unable to guarantee the water cement ratio of cement paste, unable to guarantee the state of cement paste, poor spraying effect, low spraying efficiency and low degree of automation. Therefore, PCCP pipe enterprises urgently need a kind of automatic cement paste spray machine that can accurately proportioning, not blocking, quantitative spraying, rand automatic cleaning.

GAODA Intelligence carried out research, including automatic PCCP cement paste spray machine, paste spraying process system, weighing transmitter with high precision and reliability, special screw pump and sprayer, user interface, alarm system and cleaning system.

Automatic cement paste spray machine realized ‘One pipe, one pulping and one cleaning’. Weighing transmitter realized accurate proportioning, quantitative pulping, and the accurate control of water cement ratio and pulping quantity. The special sprayer adopts the slurry and gas individual separation transportation technology, which effectively solves the problem of pipeline blockage. Cement paste spraying process system can automatically adjust the spraying amount according to the working state and PCCP pipe type.
