The China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association (CCPA) organized the assessment meeting of “equipment to produce cement concrete pipe of middle-size diameter up to 1650 mm with vertical lateral extrusion technique” conducted by Jiangsu Wiseman Equipment Ltd on August 14^th, 2018.

CCPA organized professional committee to make assessment, and the experts in the committee were Prof. Cao, Shenglong, the consultant of CCPA, Mrs. Zhang, Yingqiu, the general secretary of CCPA Cement Concrete Pipe and Culvert Branch, Mr. Zhang Rihong, professor at Ningbo University, Mr. Xi Feida, the vice president of Suzhou Concrete and Cement-based products Institute, Mrs. Wang, Yumin, the vice chairman of China Building Material Machinery Association, Mr. Xiao Zhenhua, the Associate General Technician of Wuhan Shuangqiang Concrete Pipe Ltd, and Mr. Tian, Peiyun, the general engineer of Shanghai Urban Construction Precast Concrete LTd. Before the meeting, the committee made an in-situ inspection on the production line. The committee then listened to the project report, the research report, the socioeconomic analysis report, the application report and the construction inspection report, completed questioning over the reports and made the final output assessment.

The assessment meeting was hosted by Dr. Chen, the advisor of CCPA Training Department. Mr. Jiang, CEO of Jiansu Wiseman Equipment Ltd gave a welcome speech. He said that the company put “credibility” at the first place and always stick to “credibility, innovation, high quality” as the operation principle. Established in 2014, the company set the target to produce various automatic equipments to produce cement concrete pipes using core-mould vibration and lateral extrusion techniques. At the same time, the company also produces utility tunnels, prefabricated manholes and moulds for precast concrete components. The company made an agreement with Qinhuangdao Funing Cement Concrete Pipe LLC in April 2016 to cooperate on the automatic production line using vertical lateral extrusion technique to produce concrete pipes with middle-size diameter up to 1650 mm. Equipment provided by the company has already been put into service and got recognition from Qinhuangdao Funing Cement concrete Pipe LLC.

Mr. Cao, Shenglong was designated as the advisor of the assessment committee, while Mrs. Zhang Yinqiu as the vice advisor. Prof. Cao said the vertical lateral extrusion equipment to produce cement concrete pipes with diameter up to 1650 mm was the very first in China. The development and application of the equipment had proved to be quite successful at the same level as the equipment abroad.

Experts visiting the plant

At the end of the assessment meeting, Mr. Zeng Qingdong, general secretary of CCPA made a conclusion. He said that the project of “equipment to produce cement concrete pipe of diameter up to 1650 mm with vertical lateral extrusion technique” made great contribution to the technology advancement of the industry, which required the innovation and progress made by related equipment suppliers. He wished that in the future the enterprise could develop more advanced and high-quality equipments by making innovations in standards, technology and product quality, etc.

After the assessment meeting, CCPA will display the assessment conclusion in public for 20 days, after which if no disputs occurred, CCPA will issue the official “Science and Technology Output Assessment” to Jiansu Wiseman Equipment Ltd.
