Recently, the opening ceremony for attracting foreign capital, business and large projects was held in the CMIG Drawin Green Construction Science Park in Wuhan. Mr. Wang Winghua, the Secretary of Commission of Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, Mr. Zhang Li, the District Governor, officers and enterprise representatives were attending the ceremony.

The ceremony was hosted by Mr. Zhang Li. Man Yang, the director of subdistrict office introduced the general condition of the CMIG Drawin Green Construction Science Park. He welcomed CMIG Drawin to come to Wuhan, which made great contribution to the development of construction industrialization. He also said the government would serve the enterprises and support their development in the future.

Recently, Wuhan government put emphasis on the development of prefabricated construction industry, and issued the “notice to further the development of prefabricated construction by Wuhan City”, which set the target of “the area of new buildings by prefabrication shall be over 40% of all new buildings by the end of 2020”. The notice also required that starting from 2018, whenever possible all infrastructure projects shall be built by prefabrication in conformity with the prefabricated building standards.
