On September 3, the Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd received the project completion certificate issued by the owner and the Qatar City Hall, marking the completion of the Sidra housing project.

The Sidra housing project is located in the Doha Education City in Qatar. The owner is the Qazal Mazaya Real Estate Development Company, which was built by the Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd. The project mainly includes apartment buildings, commercial buildings, parking lots, mosques and substations, as well as infrastructure and landscape project. The total area is 248,800 square meters, including a total construction area of 123,900 square meters.
