1. Automatic Die Cleaning
The equipment adopts the methods of shoveling before and sweeping after, rotating and rolling brush, which has high cleaning efficiency and can finish cleaning at one time; the roller brush is of sectional design with both sides adjusted through side dies, accessories, and the width. With dust suppression technology, the cleaning process does not require vacuum cleaner, which greatly reduces customers’ maintenance cost of vacuum cleaner in the later period.
2. Cloth mold by Robot
The mold-removing robot is driven by data, and the side molds are quickly identified and grasped by laser scanning. The standard mold-removing and cloth-laying beats are 8min, and the production efficiency can be increased by about 50%, which is suitable for molds shaped as the Chinese character "几" and as a tooth. The servo control system is configured to ensure the precise positioning and layout of the side dies, so that the layout accuracy can reach ±1mm. Meanwhile, the side die processing equipment is equipped with automatic conveying, cleaning, oiling, ferry and dynamic inventory management, which reduces the labor operation cost of the factory.
3. Automatic oiling and lineation
One-stop operation of lineation and oiling, without manual intervention, can simultaneously meet two oiling modes with or without edge die. The equipment supports middle station driver/local CAD driver, and accurately completes relevant operations according to actual component requirements, so that one or two people can be saved by a single line.
4. Automatic and accurate delivery of steel reinforcing bar
Equipment is linked with steel reinforcing bar production equipment, so as to realize full-automatic delivery of mesh and truss: the mesh and truss need not be accurately placed before grabbing, but multiple pieces can be grabbed at the same time, and then accurately delivered to corresponding positions in turn, and the delivery rhythm of steel bars on single-mode platform is less than or equal to 6min.
5. Intelligent embedment, binding and detection.
After the embedded parts are positioned, the automatic quality inspection function of the position and quantity of the side mold and embedded parts is realized by the quality inspection instrument. The laser projector is driven by data, and the laser projects the position and quantity information of drawings. The deviation between visual projection and reality is with an accuracy of less than or equal to 3mm, and can automatically check and judge, and the results can be fed back online.
6. High precision production and transportation of concrete products
The concrete production and transportation system of SANY’s PC production line is connected with the customized mixing station through industrial software, which can accurately produce concrete according to the actual demand. In 2021, SANY introduced a brand-new concrete conveyor, with the maximum running/turning speed of 150m/min, the efficiency increased by 80%, the turning radius of 3m, the whole process intelligent dispatching and JIT (beat) supply.
7.Intelligent cloth mold vibrating
Realize the functions of concrete distribution, vibration and central dispatching. Distribution equipment is driven by data, which can automatically plan the path and distribute materials intelligently with a button pressed, in which the working beat of standard laminated board is less than or equal to 6 min. Self-adaptive vibrating compaction of the equipment, which has the functions of real-time scheduling of concrete transportation and back-and-forth circulation, maximizes the production efficiency of the material distribution process.
8. Flip mold clamping
Turnover of die table is the core of turning over and clamping SPCS cavity components. The equipment has high-precision benchmark design, multiple positioning strategies, automatic and standardized operation process, mechanical operation tempo less than or equal to 8min, and mold clamping accuracy less than or equal to 3mm. Data-driven equipment realizes intelligent on-line scheduling, integrated scheduling of wet and dry components, and high production efficiency.
9. Stacking maintenance
The brand-new grappling stacking equipment can quickly grasp the mold table and send it into the curing kiln efficiently and safely. The corresponding positions can be automatically opened and closed for curing, and the curing temperature and humidity are accurate and controllable with the corresponding parameters displayed online. Among them, the average working beat of standard laminated board (8 columns and 10 floors) is less than or equal to 6min, and the efficiency is increased by 40%.
10. Demoulding transportation
The demoulding transportation equipment realizes the functions of overturning, demoulding and transporting of prefabricated components. The hydraulic pressure of the rollover equipment is synchronous and the frequency conversion is controllable, so that the die platform can be safely rolled over. The professional spreader can quickly find the center, and quickly lift the components to the special transport vehicle for prefabricated parts, thus realizing the transition of the components.
