The project of “Effective Construction Technology for Prefabricated High-tech Electronic Workshop” by China Construction First Group Construction & Development Co., Ltd won the third prize of 2020 CCPA Concrete Science and Technology Award (Technology Advancement).
The project is a high-tech electronic workshop, which has the characteristics of large volume, tight construction period and high quality requirements. Under the environment of shortage of labor resources and increasingly severe pressure on environmental protection, the traditional on-site construction method is not suitable for this project. This technology uses assembly construction and mechanized installation instead of manual labor to transfer a large number of on-site operations to the factory, so as to fundamentally improve the on-site labor efficiency, project quality and green construction level.
In this project, the vertical prefabricated components are used as the vertical support of the horizontal prefabricated components, and the horizontal prefabricated components independently carry the self weight and construction stage load, and are used as the bottom formwork when pouring concrete for the floor, so as to avoid most of the scaffold and formwork erection work on site. Subsequent operations such as electrical installation and internal decoration at the bottom can be carried out after the floor concrete pouring is completed, saving a lot of construction period. In addition, the prefabricated components are produced by the factory, with high quality and reliability, which provides a guarantee for the efficient and high-quality construction of the plant.

This technology applies in the high-tech electronic workshop, solves the problems of large labor, low efficiency, high formwork consumption and high construction waste discharge in traditional construction. Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ project, this project saves 90% of the formwork investment, 70% of the labor investment and 80% of the work volume in the closed space, greatly improving the construction safety level.
