◆ CCPA provides suggestions on policies and regulations regarding the reform and development of concrete and cement-based product industry in accordance with principles, guidance and policies enacted by the Party and the Chinese government. Our mission is to develop and implement strategies, developing plans, policies, admittance system, standards and specifications proactively.

◆ Representing the concrete and cement-based product industry in China, CCPA strives to establish relationship and develop cooperation with international organizations. CCPA facilitates Chinese companies to explore foreign markets and provides professional support in communication and negotiation during international commercial disputes. 

◆ In accordance with government policy, CCPA organizes and implements the evaluation service for engineers in concrete and cement-based product industry, and provides the certification and training program.

◆ As spokesperson for the industry, CCPA conveys members’ requests and protects their rights and benefits abiding by laws. CCPA has initiated the credit evaluation program for enterprises, which aims to establish the self-disciplinary mechanism, promote the construction of credit status system, regulate the behavior of members, harmonize the relationship between members and maintain the growth of the industry in order.

◆ Authorized to analyze statistic marketing data, CCPA publishes information on the challenges and problems occurring in the development and economic operation of the industry, provides precautions and reports development analysis.

◆ CCPA organizes business fairs and exhibitions upon requests from the government and industry. CCPA also provides consulting service on policies, legal consultation, business management, technology transfer and information publication. Authorized by the government, CCPA organizes and participates the evaluation service on new technology and new products, and provides assistance to prompt their commercialization.

◆ It is CCPA’s responsibility to establish and maintain the relationship with government, local associations, the sister associations and branches. At the meantime, CCPA coordinates with various industries including architecture, transportation, water resource, construction and railway, etc. CCPA is dedicated to uniteforces to share resources and make leading enterprises role models for the industry. CCPA pursues to establish its own brand image.

◆ CCPA leads the direction of public opinion through social media platforms such as website, convention magazine, new media, and  Annual China Concrete and Cement Products Industry Yearbook.

◆ Granted by the government, CCPA will continue to contribute for the non-profit course for the industry and the society by conducting the Professional Skills Competition, presenting CCPA Innovation Award.
