GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management certifications. The modern, standardized and

scientific enterprise management has been realized. In November 2010, the company won the " First Prize

of Excellence Award for Beijing South-to-North Water Diversion Project (Scientific Research) "; In 2011,

the company won the "Advanced Collective Award for the Construction of the North Main Line Project

of the Yellow River into Shanxi Province in 2010"; In October, the company won the second prize of

Dayu Water Science and Technology. In 2012, the company won the Beijing first prize for science and

technology. In April, 2013, the company won the 11th Chinese Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou Award.

In May, 2013, the company won the first prize of Beijing Invention and Innovation Competition.

In 2016, the company obtained the prize of "Contract Keeping and Credit" issued by the State

Administration for Industry and Commerce and the "Beijing Well-known Trademark" issued by

the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce; In April, 2017, the company won the title

of National worker Pioneer. In 2018, the company won the second prize of Dayu Water Science and

Technology again with its PCCP carbon fiber reinforcement and strengthening technology.

Since September 2010 to present, the company was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise for fourth consecutive times.

In 2005, it won the bidding of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, with a winning bid amount of 556 million yuan.

In 2009, it won the bidding of Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project into Jin, with a winning bid amount of

528 million yuan. In 2015, it won the bidding of Resources Allocation Engineering in North Hubei Region, with a winning

bid amount of 338 million yuan. In 2018, it won the bidding of Chaoerhe-to-Liaohe Water Diversion Project, with a winning

bid amount of 658 million yuan. In 2020, it won the bidding of Yangtze-to-Huaihe Water Diversion Project, with a winning

bid amount of 643 million yuan. In 2023, it won the bidding of Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province,

with a winning bid of 307 million yuan.

The PCCP intelligent control platform developed by the Company based on RFID technology mainly combines the

passive UHF RFID buried in the PCCP core concrete with the PCCP intelligent control platform to carry out informatization

and intelligent control over the inspection and testing of PCCP, the production process, and the installation of pipe laying.

After the pipeline laying is completed, the whole life cycle management of PCCP pipeline can be realized through the

network connection of RFID and PCCP operation and maintenance monitoring system (pre-stressing steel wire monitoring,

stress monitoring, full life cycle monitoring, pipeline settlement, water transmission flow, etc.). The PCCP informationization

management platform system based on RFID technology adopts BS architecture and cloud service. Data security is

ensured by means of data encryption, firewall, data security bastion or equal security authentication.

The Company has developed an intelligent control platform for PCCP based on RFID technology, which has established

a quality control system for the whole chain of PCCP pipelines from production planning, raw material admission,

production process, finished product inspection, transportation, installation to after-sales service, and created an "ID card"

system for PCCP pipelines. The system can automatically upload all the data involved in the production process in real time

to form an electronic file, to achieve the quality of PCCP manufacturing accurate traceability, through the handheld terminal

can be raw materials, product processing links, finished products, inventory, transportation and other key data when

querying to improve the production control efficiency and the level of intelligence. At the same time, through

RFID and satellite positioning technology, the organic combination of PCCP pipe manufacturing and installation

information can be realized, which can improve the process control, project acceptance and operation management of

PCCP pipe installation. This scientific research achievement has obtained the "Science and Technology Appraisal

Certificate" issued by China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association and the "PCCP Pipeline Manufacturing and

Installation RFID Intelligent Management and Control System V1.0" computer software copyright registration certificate.

The PCCP information platform based on RFID technology used in Shanxi Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project's PCCP

production, associates the information of pipeline production and installation with the chip and store it in the informatization

platform through the RFID chip which was pre-embedded in the PCCP pipe core concrete, using PDA hand-held terminals

for real-time access to information on the pipeline, so as to realize the intelligent management and control of the PCCP.

The company researched and developed 143 utility model patents of PCCP and 6 invention patents, and participated in

national key scientific research projects such as "Application Development of Complete Set of Production Technology

and Key Equipment for Oversized PCCP", "Prototype Test of Oversized PCCP", "Research on Structural Safety and

Quality Control of Oversized PCCP Pipeline" scientific research project (2006BAB04A04), and won the first and

second prizes of scientific and technological progress. The first and second prizes for scientific and technological

progress; the PCCP water transmission project of the northern trunk line of the Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion

Project into Jin, in which the company participated, was awarded the 11^thChinese Civil Engineering Zhan Tianyou

Award and many other honors.
