Introduction

The company mainly provides customers with professional precast concrete products and technical solutions, providing the whole process of products from underground foundation engineering to superstructure engineering, such as a variety of high-performance concrete pipe piles, square piles and other piling products, various types of precast concrete components, as well as decorative concrete products such as hanging panels, flooring, public furniture, etc., which are widely used in various engineering fields, such as civil construction, industrial construction, highway and municipal government, water conservancy and water transportation, electric power, telecommunication, rail transportation and aviation. The company also provide a series of standardized and customized services, such as investigation and design, product supply, construction management, program optimization and engineering application consulting.

Jianhua takes innovation as the first driving force for development, sets up R&D center, Beijing Technology Research Institute, Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute and Engineering Technology Center with multi-dimensional linkage, and builds an innovation team led by academicians, masters, State Council subsidy experts, and national high-level imported talents from overseas, including various professional and technical talents in surveying, designing, constructing, engineering management, testing, costing, materials, etc., so as to create high-level research and innovation capability. The company has a number of high-tech innovation platforms such as National Enterprise Technology Center, Precast Concrete Green Low Carbon Research Center, Transportation Industry R&D Center, Academician Workstation, Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base, etc. It has presided over and participated in a number of national, provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, and owns more than 1,200 patents of various types. In 2013, National Office for Science & Technology Awards approved the establishment of "Jianhua Engineering Award" (No. 0241), inviting 52 academicians and 16 chief engineers of ministries and chieg engineers of SOE to form the award committee, aiming at promoting the high-quality development of China's precast concrete technology and industry.

Precast Products Promote Green and Low Carbon Development in Construction Methods


Changes in construction methods are particularly important for reducing carbon emissions. Jianhua is the first in the industry to break through the application of product technology such as C105, C125 precast piles and large-diameter precast bridge piers, which have the advantages of guaranteeing the project quality, saving natural resources, reducing carbon emission and shortening the construction period. Compared with the traditional cast-in-place structure, precast units with factory production and on-site mechanical assembly have significant advantages in terms of total carbon emissions, unit carbon emissions, resource consumption, etc. The use of precast piles in the same construction project can reduce carbon emissions by 29.6%, concrete consumption by 50.9%, and steel consumption by 26% compared with the use of cast-in-place piles, which is the best way to realize "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals " in the construction industry.



Lean, intelligent, information technology to promote the production mode of green low-carbon development


Green and low-carbon development is inseparable from the iterative updating of lean, intelligent and information technology. Jianhua carries out lean production, improves production equipment, optimizes production layout, strengthens the control of production energy consumption, and reduces the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials and the amount of solid waste generated from the source. Innovative Sharing Platform Promotes Green and Low Carbon Development of Building Materials Industry


Jianhua has actively played its role as an enterprise and contributed to the establishment of an innovation sharing platform. It initiated the establishment of the "Eco-Concrete Branch" of the China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association to promote the innovation, promotion and application of green and ecological precast concrete materials and products in the industry, and it jointly set up the industry's "Green and Low-Carbon Research Center" with the China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association. The research center conducts R&D and innovation in low carbon materials, low carbon products, low carbon processes and carbon emission measurement and control of precast units, so as to push forward the achievement of the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals" target of the building materials industry.

Wind power generation consists of blades, wind turbines and towers. The tower is the root of wind power generation and supports the wind turbine. Jianhua technical team carries out in-depth research in the organization of production, technical quality, logistics and transportation of concrete tower module, well in advance of the various plans for deploying a variety of resources in the project process.
