Introduction

Founded in 1993, Guangdong Sanhe Pile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sanhe) is a national group operation high-tech enterprise mainly

engaged in the R&D, production and sales of prestressed high-strength concrete piles. On February 4, 2021, Sanhe successfully landed

on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with the stock code of 003037, and became the first listed company in China's building materials industry

mainly focusing on the piles. After more than 30 years of development, Sanhe is now the first listed company in China's building materials

industry with the main business of pipe & pile. After more than 30 years' development, Sanhe has set up more than 20 production bases for piles

and PC components in Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Shandong, Shanxi, Liaoning, etc., with corresponding

transportation subsidiaries and wharves, and its marketing network covers most of the provinces and cities in China. The company is a national

high-tech enterprise, with Guangdong "Engineering Technology Research and Development Center" and "Enterprise Technology Center" at the

1、C105 Ultra High Strength Concrete Pipe Pile


After the optimization of raw materials and the optimization of concrete mixing ratio of pipe piles, the pipe pile concrete is designed to meet the

strength of C105, which has higher bearing capacity and excellent durability performance compared with the ordinary pipe pile products, and it can

reduce the use of piles and beams in the project and save the total project cost.


2、DPHC Anti-corrosion Pile


PHC pipe piles will encounter the erosion of harmful ions in corrosive geological environment, such as chloride ion, sulfate ion, carbonate ion

erosion and freeze-thaw damage in the process of using. For the three environmental conditions of chloride penetration, sulfate erosion and

freeze-thaw, Sanhe’s technicians have carried out relevant research work since 2004 to overcome technical difficulties, and according

to different corrosive conditions, they determine the concrete endurance performance indexes of the piles through the contribution of

different admixtures to different environments, and form a series of products of DPHC piles.
