欧盟委员会近日宣布，正式就建立人工智能工厂发起招标，旨在通过人工智能工厂提升欧盟在人工智能领域的全球竞争力。

据悉，这些人工智能工厂将围绕隶属于“欧洲高性能计算联合体”的超级计算机建立，未来将向初创企业、各行业及研究人员等欧洲用户开放。人工智能工厂将汇集计算能力、数据和人才等发展人工智能所需的关键要素。借助超级计算机，这些人工智能工厂可以帮助开发人员训练人工智能大模型，同时还将与欧盟成员国的人工智能倡议相衔接，共同创造一个充满活力的人工智能生态系统。 欧盟委员会执行副主席玛格丽特·韦斯塔格表示，人工智能工厂将通过发挥欧洲自主研发的超级计算机的巨大潜力，帮助欧洲中小企业、科学家和初创企业成长为人工智能领域的创新者。
Ferrero Establishes New China R&D Lab
9月12日，费列罗集团宣布，其在中国的首家研发中心——费列罗中国食品研发中心在杭州正式启动。On September 12, the Ferrero Group announced the official opening of the new Ferrero China R&D Lab in Hangzhou — the group’s first R&D lab in China.据介绍，作为费列罗集团全球研发体系的有机组成部分，该研发中心未来将承担起主要面向中国市场的新品研发创新工作，包括新产品配方研究，本地化口味创新，消费者测评产品生产等。As an integral component of the Ferrero Group’s global R&D network, the lab will focus on driving innovation tailored to the Chinese market.
